TMGROUP COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT FZCO is the Dubai-based parent company of Markwald Holding GmbH in Germany. We support affiliated fitness and leisure businesses, including fitness studios and an indoor playground, through brand rights, intra-group financing, operating assets and project development.

TMGROUP COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT FZCO holds 100% of Markwald Holding GmbH. Interests in the German operating companies are held through Markwald Holding GmbH.
Established in 2023, TMGROUP provides commercial support to affiliated companies alongside its role as shareholder under the respective agreements. Our focus is on developing and supporting businesses within our own corporate group.
